A unique structure to Knoxville that solves a number very unusual design problems:
It exists in the city center; yet doesn’t take up valuable real estate.
Allows easy access for pedestrians to downtown
It is respectful of Knoxville’s architectural heritage with awnings designed to follow the pattern of the Civic Coliseum roofline and also paying homage to the Tennessee Amphitheater at the World's Fair site.
